Beginning on December 1st, the Neosho Newton County Library will reinstate its long-standing Reciprocal Agreement with the McDonald County Library.  Any patron of the McDonald County Library, in good standing, can apply for a card at the Neosho Newton County Library free of charge.  McDonald County will also provide the same service to those residents in Newton County who currently have a library card in good standing.  “If you owe large fines or fees for lost items at your home library, these must be taken care of first,” said Library Director Carrie Cline.  If you have any questions, please call 417-451-4231.
