Neosho/Newton County Library staff in the Genealogy Department may do very limited research that can be accomplished within 30 minutes for copy and postage cost.
The GFOL Corresponding Secretary or an assistant will do more extensive genealogy research according to the following fee schedule:
Fees must be paid via US funds, personal check or money order to the Genealogy Friends of the Library at P.O. Box 314, Neosho, MO 64850-0314. Inclusion of a self addressed stamped envelope (SASE) is appreciated. A deposit of at least $12.00 is required in advance before any research in available Newton County resources is done.
When requesting research, please include a pedigree chart and/or family group sheet giving as much information as possible in order to aid the search. For more information, e-mail email@example.com
