CLICK HERE - e-Books @ netLibrary The Neosho/Newton County Library is excited to offer electronic books to our customers through the netLibrary service.
E-books available through the netLibrary are read online via your Web browser; they are not actually downloaded to your computer or sent to you in the mail. You will find many general interest, reference, technical, and how-to eBooks. Most find it useful to perform keyword searches in the book find specific passages of interest rather than sit down and try to read an entire book on the computer.

These Databases require you to enter your Library card number (all 14 digits) before you may gain access.
Novelist, part of the EBSCO databases below, is a fiction database that provides subject heading access, reviews, annotations, and much more for over 120,000 fiction titles. It also includes other content of interest to fiction readers, such as Author Read-alikes, Book Discussion Guides, BookTalks, and Feature Articles. For school media specialists and teachers there are Standards-Based Thematic Units and Picture Book Extenders, as well as specific teaching guides for using fiction in the classroom.

Remote Use: Neosho/Newton County Library card required.EBSCO Host (provides access to full-text information on a broad range of topics including general interest, business, health and multi-cultural. This resource also includes access to a special children's' database that contains content appropriate for their age level. Information in EBSCOhost is from current and authoritative journals, magazines, pamphlets, newsletters and reference books on a wide variety of topics.
